Flexischools has informed us that they had a technical issue and they tried their best to fix it but unfortunately it didn’t happen by our cut off time.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are sorry we missed some of your calls, messages and emails during this time
Thanks for those who placed orders via email, over the counter or phone, please kindly make payment via the IOU page on Flexischool.
You can simply pay the total amount of what you ordered (if you ordered for multiple kids you can pay together under one person).
What we all can do to help minimise this to happen again? Please try ordering ahead. AVOID ORDERING FRIDAY MORNING if you can.
Flexischools covers nationwide and Friday is the highest volume of orders they have to handle therefore when the system crashes it’s always Friday morning at peak hour. Let’s help by reducing the Friday morning traffic jam.
A big shout out to our canteen team and volunteers who worked incredibly hard under pressure and managed to get everything ready in time, which was amazing. Also a big thank you to the office staff and the teachers who helped us to get through the chaotic morning.
