Volunteering

Being an active member of our P&C is a fun and rewarding way to contribute to the school community. There are so many ways that you can get involved and help out. We have specific roles listed below but there are any number of ways you can help out more generally including:

Attend a P&C Meeting

Come along to a meeting - meet new people, contribute to the conversation and listen to the Principal’s report. Everyone is welcome, no commitment or obligation to get involved. The meetings are your chance to have your views heard and to learn about what is happening at the school. If you have an item for the agenda please let us know at bondipublicschoolpcsec@gmail.com.

Join the P&C as a Member

We are always on the lookout for enthusiastic people to lend a hand and get involved. Membership is by gold coin donation and as a Member you get a vote! Find out more here.

Become a Class Parent

This is a great way to meet other parents whilst organising fun events. Find out more here

Volunteer at an event

The P&C run events throughout the year to build community spirit as well as to raise funds. We always need people to cook sausages, bake cakes and help set-up and pack-away. Sign-up prior to the event, or if you see we need a hand on the day just introduce yourself and pitch-in!

Volunteer your skills

We often need people with specific skills to lend a hand - for example, with arts and crafts, building, painting, audio visual, event co-ordination, cooking and communications. Volunteering your skills is as good as donating money! Let us know your special skills below.
